Our CoachesCoach Glen Johnson successfully completedhis second year as mentor of athletics at Blooming-ton High School. At the start of the season,things looked mighty dark for Wormy and hisPanther squad. But Johnson worked day andnight and, with the assistance of the AssistantCoach Kuhr, turned out a team that ranked sixthin most every Big Ten list published.Mr. JohnsonAssistant Coach Frank Kuhr came to us thisyear from State Normal. During the football season, he coached the line which very successfullyheld back the opposing teams. With the beginningof the basketball season, he took charge of thePanther Reserves and also helped Coach Johnsonwith the first squad.Mr. Kuhr |
