Description: Emotions Explode On Spring SceneAs if seeking a release from thechilly confines of winter, the emotions of the students seemed to explode upon the spring scene at BHS.It was not however merely the timeof year but more importantly it wasthe students time of life. For seniors spring brought with itthe end of the three emotion filledyears of maturation. It resulted in severe cases of senioritis and highlyimaginative pranks such as lastyears ping pong ball episode in thelibrary. But all was not jubilation asmany seniors reluctantly approached the end of a very specialtime in their lives and look apprehensively toward the future.Underclassmen only rejoiced inthat they were finally a step closer totheir long awaited graduation. Littledid they think they too would feelthose same emotions which nowpossessed the seniors. Skipping became more frequent and classroomconcentration seemed to becomemore difficult with each passing day.For many spring meant a rekindling of spirit and relationships.Springs ripeness beckoned to thosein love with life and each other toenjoy its beauty, color, and warmth.A walk in the park or a ride on themerry-go-round provided momentsof emotional expression and silentcommunication.60_-»
