A satin bonnet with a stand up brim lined with narrow rows of chiffon ruffles with two wide satin ribbons crossed in the front + in a large bow on the back of the brim. Ruffles of satin and ?card? affect around back. Completely lined with satin. Labelled "L. S. Ayres + Company - Indianapolis, Ind." Tie on with satin ribbons. May match wedding dress + shoes + have been worn after the wedding. - Color: cream - May match wedding dress + shoes + have been worn after the wedding. Dress (69.9.104) Shoes (69.9.105.AB) - Worn by F.L. Churchman's mother (date?) - labelled "L. S. Ayres + Company - Indianapolis, Ind." |
