Black wool dress
| Description: |
A) Black wool dress with green, painted on, dots. 2 tucks in the skirt. Braided trim at hem line. Cuffs & neck have brown velvet trim. Sleeves are gathered at the elbows. Originally 11 hook & eye, all but 6 eyes are missing. Hook & eye at cuffs also missing. Pocket on proper right side. Proper right arm pit repair. Bodice lined in wool. Interior pocket made of brown cotton fabric. Handsewn B) Belt (32 15/16" L x 1 1/4" W) of same material with hole 1 1/8" L. |
