Description: white lawn dress, fitted and tucked down front, long sleeves tucked at bottom w/ double rows of ruffles, also ruffles at neck and on side patch pocket; flounce ruffled at top and tucked at bottom; button down front. Machine stitched
- dress belonged to Maretta Riker whose bridal dress it was to be as she was planning to marry John Conner (see note in doc. file) - thank you letter from Mr. Lilly to donor dated October 2, 1952 - stated to have been made in 1806, but is machine stitched, ?1860?
