Dorothy Millers first aid certificate, 1925

Description: Piece of notebook paper with certificate reads: This placque was found in an old junked open bed pick truck along with a whole lot more garbage (debris) and in the rain and weather, waiting to be dumped out and the truck body mashed. It was on top other debris. It was cold - in Feb. 1994 down by Mississippi River in St. Louis. A man looking for other parts for a car happened to look into the truck bed and the placque just stodd out like it GRABBED me - asking to be saved. Everett House.
