Description: Caption with photo reads: Quang Ngai, South Vietnam -- Treating the Sick -- Edward Koast, American Red Cross nurse, treats a young girl in the refugee camp here during one of his periodic visits. The girl suffers from a skin infection of the arm. Her right leg was recently amputated. Koast of Hollywood, Fla., is a member of an eight-man ARC team which is operating 20 refugee camps for 30,000 persons displaced by the fighting.
