Brennan whose Governmental and Education Division for the 1956 Red Cross, City of Indianapolis, fund campaign had the lowest percentage of funds collected at the first report luncheon was appointed as custodian of the city street cleaner cart that is being used to keep Monument Circle clean during the March campaign.
