Description: Caption on photo reads: He Saw, Then Helped. Paul Sims of Carmel tells a reporter what he saw when an explosion rocked the Coliseum last night. After recovering from the first shock of the blast, Sims pitched in to aid in the rescue of those pinned under concrete and debris from the blast.
