The official badge of the 1998 Indianapolis 500 which featured the logo for the Pace Car, the Chevrolet Corvette. This was the last year that a badge would contain a logo for the Pace Car. Race officials, VIPS, members of the media, and fans used the Badges for access to Gasoline Alley throughout the month of May. |
