Driver Chet Miller perches atop the drivers seat of his #46 Bohnalite Special as it rests damaged near the garages. During the previous days Indianapolis 500 race, Chet Miller and his riding mechanic had hit the wall of the track while racing and launched themselves over the top. Upon landing upright they then drove the racecar back to the garages without any need of a tow truck. |
