During a press party for the unveiling of the 1978 Corvette pace car held at the Indianapolis Motor Speedway Motel, Tony Hulman sits behind the wheel of the 1978 Corvette pace car as Chevy GM Bob Lund crouches down next to him. Hulman would pass away due to heart failure caused by a ruptured aortic aneurysm less than two weeks later. |
