Henry Runge House <br>542 Lockerbie Street <br>1894-95 <br>Henry Runge built this two-and-a-half story frame Queen Anne Style house in 1894-95. A house stood here in 1866 and may have been integrated into the present house. Features of the Runge House include a hip gable roof wi h a prominent front gable. The clapboard siding is arranged in courses of six where the seventh course is indented. The front porch has grouped, slender classical columns a decorative entry gable. A three-story bay is located on the east facade and a two-sided oriel is above the front porch, below the gable. The Runge House survived with its form and most of its details intact. <br>Lockerbie Square Historic Area Preservation Plan, 1987
