The 1887 Sanborn Map shows that the shape and form of this house has not changed, except for the rear addition built sometime before 1898. The appearance of this two-story house has changed very little except for the application of asphalt siding. The architectural features include frame construction, cross-gable roof, elongated two-over-two lights, and a small corner porch. The porch is decorated by a turned post and a decorative frieze.
