East St.) Phi Kappa Psi Headquarters, Indianapolis, c. 1977 Yes Phi Kappa Psi Headquarters 510 Lockerbie Street (331-333 North East Street) c. 1876 This is a two-story brick Italianate double residence with a truncated hip roof, an entablature with paired brackets, frieze windows, and projecting cornice. The front facade windows have bracketed stone sills and bracketed pediment hoods. The side facade windows have segmented arches. Built by brick mason William H. Keely, the building is one of the finest examples of Italianate architecture in Lockerbie Square after the Nickum-Holstein-Riley House. Keely and his brother Oliver, also a mason, lived in the 600 block of East Ohio Street. Since June 1, 1978 this double has been the national headquarters of Phi Kappa Psi Fraternity, of which James Whitcomb Riley was a member. H.
