The distinctive features of the Neuville are the steeply-pitched hipped roofs (found at the west and east ends), the projected entry pavilion, and the round-arched front entrance. The Neuville is a 2-story apartment building constructed of concrete blocks with a brick veneer. Details include quoin-framed round-arched entrance, window keystones, cornice with medallions, brick work quoins, and steel-sash casement windows.
