By 1907, Rebecca King was the owner with the Kings living here into the 1930s. This 2-story frame house has clapboard siding on the first floor and wood shingle siding on the second. It has a hipped roof, wide flared eaves, and a front dormer. The front facade under the eaves has a shallow bay.
