Benham, an advertising manager for E. C. Atkins & Co., was the occupant from at least 1908 until 1917.This frame house has a hipped roof with a dormer, a second story front bowed bay, recessed corner porch, first floor clapboard siding and aluminum siding on the second story, over wooden shingles.
