Benham House115 East 21st Street Annexc. 1905This 2-story frame house was constructed sometime between 1899 and 1908. Henry T. Benham, an advertising manager for E. C. Atkins & Co., was the occupant from at least 1908 until 1917.This frame house has a hipped roof with a dormer, a second story front bowed bay, recessed corner porch, first floor clapboard siding and aluminum siding on the second story, over wooden shingles.
