The structures consisted of five, 2-story apartment buildings with 2-story front porches. The Warwick Flats provided eighteen apartments. They are of frame construction with brick veneer.Herron-Morton Place Historic Area Preservation Plan, 19862132-2134 North Talbott StreetThis 2-story unit of the Warwick Apartments has a brick veneer, and the facade has lost its wood frame cornice. The building is 3-bays wide, with window and door openings having limestone sills and lintels. The entrance bay consists of 3 doors, and above it is a three-part window with classical pilasters serving as mullions.
