1910 N. Talbott St., Martin House, 1986 Yes Martin House1910 North Talbott Streetc. 1913With a history of owner-occupants, this 2-story dwelling appears to have been built between 1912-1915. Mr. Henry Martin, and then later his widow Carrie, lived at the address from around 1913 to the mid 1930s. For the next five years, Mrs. Elizabeth Herberg served as owner-occupant, followed from the early 1940s to the mid 1960s by Mrs. Zella Boettcher.This is a 2-story, Craftsman Style house with clapboard siding, a decorative half-timber gable, and corner brackets. It features paired windows in the gable an two pairs of windows on the second floor. The first floor includes paired windows, as well as an entrance with sidelights.
