It was owner-occupied by Edsen Falsom from 1914 into the 1920s.This large 2 1/2-story frame house features wood clapboard siding, a hipped roof, and a front entry pavilion which projects from the front facade and is capped by a hipped-roof dormer. The windows have decorative wood frames. The front porch, which is a later addition, has a brick balustrade with brick piers and a hipped roof.
