Rehm and his wife, Ida, who resided here until 1921. The property was then transferred to the Runyon family in 1931. The Runyons resided here from 1924 to 1954, followed by the Willis family from 1954 to 1973.The house is covered with clapboard siding with fish scale shingles in the gable. The roof is a cross-gable type. Decorative features include a 2-story front porch with brick piers on the first floor an classical columns and balustrade on the second.
