New Jersey St.] Yes Lybrand House1721-23 North New Jersey Street1894Originally a single-family dwelling, this house was built in 1894 during the ownership of Annie Brady. It was sold the next year to its first occupant, though short term, Joseph E. Lybrand. In the early 1920s, the house was divided into two units with an ensuing pattern of short term owners. It was not until 1970 that the owner, Curtis Sutherland, was also a resident.This large 2 1/2-story frame house with a multi-gable roof is covered with aluminum siding.
