Owner-occupant, Herman E. Africa, moved in and remained until 1925. By 1937, the house was divided into two living units, one occupied by owner Walter D. Motsinger until 1963.This American Foursquare Style, frame, 2-story house has stucco on the first floor and wood shingles on the second and a classical veranda with precast concrete Ionic columns resting on concrete block plinths.
