Edwin Ferry was an owner-occupant from at least 1913 to 1928 and sold it in 1939. By 1951, owner Florence Green converted the house into apartments.This is a 2 1/2-story, Craftsman house with brick walls on the first floor, and half-timbering and stucco on the second floor and gables. Other features include a projecting gable with four casement windows, a tile roof, and a banded and corbelled chimney. The full-width front porch features brick piers, stone trim and a tile roof.
