George Marrott purchased this house from Christopher A. Schabel in 1883. Between 1898 and 1915, the corner porch was slightly extended and a rear addition was erected. The house was moved from its original sit at 918 North Alabama in 1991.Architectural Description: Features of this one-and-a-half story frame, cross-gable cottage include decorative rafter ends, a corner entrance and a dormer.
