Blue print w/ solid blue pleated front, pleat has some staining towards bottom hem, 1/2 hole at front waist of pleat; 13 button holes, 3 buttons missing, buttons original??? Bodice and hem lined w/ chintz; first bone on right stay exposed; hook flat falling off, all hooks and eyes appear to be in place; 2 small blue pinwheels affixed to back waistline; cuffs are blue trimmed. |
