The Instruction is represented by Gero Gries and Christian Kuhn [.] The Instructions realize art in public street space for car and metro drivers, for passers-by, and bus passengers. Most of the artists worked on-site [t]he advertising space available to them and had to meet the given conditions such as traffic noise, congestion, exhaust fumes, weather conditions[,] and commentary of the people on the street[.] The Instruction leads from 20 to 30 July 84 on 60 Werbegrossflachen in the area of the Yorck bridges[.] The Instruction 1987 took place from July 1st to July 30th, designing surfaces at 3 locations and 8 double-decker buses operating in regular service.
