Francis Chief Oliver Belzer (1869-1947) created the Firecrafter organization, and a longtime early Boy Scouts of America professional in Indianapolis, Indiana. Includes information and photographs about Reverend U.S. Clutton, first scoutmaster in Indianapolis, about the camp formation and history, its activities, statistics, and the presidents of the Council.
