Brownsburg, Indiana Sesquicentennial Afghan

Description: This afghan was created to commemorate and act as a fund raiser for Brownsburg, Indiana’s 1998 Sesquicentennial. The afghan depicts several of the city’s historic structures: Brownsburg Elementary School (1929), Challenger Center (1994) Old Depot (1860-1964), Covered Bridge (1961-1927), Library (1981), High School (1971), Town Hall (1988), Water Tower, (1923-1985), Police Station/Old Library (1917) and Old Saint Malachy Church (1903).
