Shields doesnt want Tipton to send him the money until he has a power of attorney. Also discusses a road over the mountains that will cut off 100 miles from our courthouse to Augusta, Georgia. Theyve offered Shields $5,000 to build the road but he wont do it for less than $6,000. |
