Joseph M. Noble Residence

Description: Two story home with a stone foundation and a third and fourth level in a centrally located turret. A covered porch is at the front of the house. It has twenty small flags attached to the roof. Additional large U.S. Flags are positioned on the house and are in motion. Photographs are visible in many of the windows. There are wrought iron decorations on top of the roof and a wrought iron fence separating the lawn from the sidewalk.
