1854-11-03 Letter to Sister Marie Anne

Description: A letter to Sister Marie Ann thanking her for caring for Mother Theodore’s two nieces, describing the rise of an association determined to destroy the Catholic religion, the spread of illness that has afflicted America, and the high cost of food. She notes the growth of the community to sixty-nine Sisters, fourteen postulants. Dated November 3, 1854.
