Indiana Rural Letter Carriers Association Meeting Minutes 1902

Description:	A black notebook of lined paper containing handwritten minutes from several meetings of the Indiana Rural Letter Carriers Association from January 1902-October 1902 kept by W.L. Fetters, Secretary and Lewis W. Donaldson, Ass. Secretary. Also in the notebook are several pages used as scratch paper and several pages of expenses of the secretary for things like stamps, postal cards, envelopes and their various costs.
