Description: Transcript of an oral history interview with Curtis G. Shake, conducted by Tom Krasean for the Indiana State Library on April 10, 1968, concerning his childhood and education, his relationships with various prominent politicians, interesting cases he oversaw during his time serving on the Indiana Supreme Court, and his thoughts about judging the Nuremberg Trials after World War II. Also included is a speech Judge Shake made before the Vincennes Historical and Antiquarian Society on May 14, 1968 regarding his experiences with the Nuremberg Trials.
