Description: Caption: See Pioneer and Patriot Apr. 23, 1891 A disaster in Lebanon. When--Thursday at 4 P.M., Apr. 17, 1891. Where ? Boiler explosion--Lebanon Mfg. Co. (Planing Mill) on W. Main St. a tthe crossing of the Big Four R.R. (made Beck Washing Machines) evidently on South side of railroad Prob Apr 16, 1891--Boiler exp. 2 men killed. See Pioneer april 23, 1891. David W. Campbell--instantly killed (engineer) William H. Stewart died 12 hrs later (one of owners) [the back of the photograph includes a hand drawn map of the companys location.]
