Description: Erecting telephone poles in Lebanon. The plank sidewalk is visible in front of the buildings. Caption on back: The Telephone Comes to Lebanon Picture taken in 1882. Building was at southeast intersection of Main and Lebanon Sts. The Ziion Bldg., occupied by the First National Bank and the New York One Price Store. the telephone exchange was in a room on the second floor of the Zion Building. The drug store at left is today (1965) the Mitchell & Berry Drug Store.On the back is an address label for Ralph W. Stark.
