Reunion of veterans of the Civil War before May 1907. Many, if not all, of the men served in the 10th Indiana Volunteer Infantry. Accompanying caption by Ralph W. Stark: These fourteen aged veterans of the Cicil [sic] War, posed for this picture at a reunion in Lebanob [sic] sometime around 1920. Only two are identified, vis. Capt. thomas A. Cobb of Company A, 10th Indiana Volunteer Infantry, seated at the extreme left. Next to him is Isaac Shoemaker but nothing is known of his service record. Capt. Cobb was the grandfather of Mrs. Ruby Tankersley of 407 N. Park St., Lebanon, who gave me the original picture in October, 1977. Picture was copied by John McCoy Miller, Lebanon Photographer. -Ralph W. StarkMark D.
