The front side of the broadside advertises an event which they called an Invasion Rally featuring Morris Childs, a well-known Communist leader speak on the Communist program for war and peace and to see a Russian film, Red Tanks, which showed the a tank battle of the Soviets against the Nazis. The back of the broadside features a statement addressed to fellow Americans written by Earl Browder, president of the Communist Political Association, National Committee, titled Back the Attack! Everything for Victory! Browder encourages national unity behind President Roosevelt, advising against anyone attempting to halt production or stir up trouble in a time of war, especially after D-Day. |
