This letter opens with OBoussier describing his ailments in exact detail, as well as the medicines he has been taking, and the recent news of Dr. Brown’s death. Mr. Agniel is in Cincinnati with his two oldest children, while his wife and other three children are staying with Oboussier’s brother by marriage. Mr. Fleischmann, Agniel’s son-in-law, has obtained a favorable position as artist for the Indiana Corps of Engineers and will soon be moving to Indianapolis with his wife. Lastly, Oboussier says he hopes Badollet’s health improves, and sends his love. |
