330. East Maple Street, c 1910

Description: Four houses can be seen on the left hand side of this image taken around 1910. The homes are located on East Maple Street (Jeffersonville, Clark County, Indiana). Centered and and bisecting the picture in two from bottom to top is a sidewalk. The sidewalk is separated from the broad street by grass and trees in a well-maintained strip. On the opposite side of the street can be seen one building, close to the edge of the sidewalk. This might be one of the small stores that sprung up along the residential streets of Jeffersonville.
