320. Wall Street Ferry Dock

Description: A panorama image shows the city of Louisville in the background, the Ohio River across the middle and the dock and shoreline of Jeffersonville (Clark County, Indiana). At the left on the river, a packet steamboat sails east towards Cincinnati, both smoke stacks emitting black smoke.. On the right, on the river, can be seen the Big Four Railroad bridge, a ferryboat heading up river and a ferryboat docked at the Spring Street docks. In the middle of the picture is the Wall Street dock. People are lined up on the right hand ramp to enter the ferry. On the shore can be seen a two hitch wagon.
