Taken at just above water levels, the image looks across the top of the falls. On the right hand picture and curving in towards the center at the background is the dam under construction. The open forms have been crafter around some of the larger rocks, with fill rocks covering the remaining spaces in the form closest to the foreground. On the right hand side below the dam, the waters are running smoothly. On the left hand side above the dam the waters are churning. |
