138. Clark County Courthouse

Description: The original courthouse is the focus of this image. A two story square, white building, it has a pitched roof with a domed cupola on the pitched roof. The dome has a weather vane its peak. Just in front of the cupola appears to be either a flag pole or a lightning rod. There are two chimneys on the right hand side of the building. There are centered doors on each side pictured and the entry is surrounded by an iron work fence. In front of that are a series of poles attached to each other by rods of some type and these are probably used to hitch horses while business is being conducted.
