Description: Pro-Democratic daily newspaper published in Indianapolis, Indiana. The Daily State Sentinel, along with the weekly Indiana State Sentinel were critical of the Republican-controlled government. Editor Joseph J. Bingham was arrested by the army for treason and conspiracy.
