United States Court House and Post Office hallway, 1905

Description: Interior photo of the halls of the United States Court House and Post Office in Indianapolis upon its erection in 1905. The Beaux Arts building is now known as the Birch Bayh Federal Building. The image shows a long hallway with several arches and hanging pendant lamps. At the forefront is an intricate tiled ceiling.
