The Indiana National Guard Armory, opened in 1926, is located at 711 North Pennsylvania Street in Indianapolis, Indiana. In 1967, the armory was officially rededicated as Tyndall Armory in honor of Robert Tyndall, an Army officer during World War I and the mayor of Indianapolis during World War II. As of 2017, Tyndall Armory continues to serve as an armory for several divisions of the Indiana National Guard as well as a venue for local events. |
