Minton-Capehart Federal Building

Description: The Minton-Capehart Federal Building, opened in 1976, is located at 501 North Pennsylvania Street in Indianapolis, Indiana. The building, designed by the Woollen Associates, is noted for its Brutalism architectural style and the mural Color Fuses by Milton Glaser located around the exterior of the entire first floor. As of 2017, the Minton-Capehart Federal Building contains several government agencies including the Veterans Administration, Internal Revenue Service, and Social Security Administration.
