Description: Three Haitian newspapermen with three members of the 608th Tank Destroyer Battalion, (left to right), Lt. Col. Howard H. Arbury (commander of the 608th); Roussan A. Camille; Capt. Franklin A. Bickford (operations and training officer, 9th Tank Destroyer Group); Louis A. Mercier; Maj. James Bidwell (executive officer, 9th Tank Destroyer Group); and Ulrick Duvivier, standing in front of a tank at Camp Atterbury, Indiana during World War II (No. 255 A). The journalists toured the United States sponsored by the National Press Club and the coordinator of Inter-American Affairs (Camp Crier newspaper, October 22, 1943).
