Letter from Associate Justice Willis Osbourne and Jesse Emmerson to Gov Posey to inform of the death of the sheriff James Crow due to a fall from a horse. James Crow Jr is recommended to replace his late father. A postscript was added to the letter recommending Thomas Spenser for Gibson County Coroner after the resignation of Mr. Barker. |
